Packaging Information: All foam is sold per sheet, and your package may arrive vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receiving the package, open it immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. When opening the package, use a ballpoint pen or a pencil, NOT a box cutter. Begin with a small incision and break the seal from there. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to regain its original shape.

Our foam is proudly made in the USA and offers a variety of types, including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. The foam will last for 7-10 years.

Regarding the 1.8 High Density foam, it has a compression rate of 44 lb. If you don't see the size you need, please contact us at (310) 307-9540, and we will be happy to create a custom cut for you. We can custom-cut the foam to any size and shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. This foam is ideal for use in various applications, such as oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.

The foam is CertiPUR-US certified, meaning it is made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, as well as phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. It also has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
