Our foam is proudly made in the USA and we offer different types, including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. Our foam will last for 7-10 years.

For the 1.8 High Density foam, it has a 44 lb. compression rate. If you don't see the size you need, contact us at (310) 307-9540, and we will gladly create a custom cut for you. We can custom cut your foam to any size and shape, such as square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. This foam is ideal for use in oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.

All our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, meaning it is made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. It is also made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Regarding the packaging, all foam is sold per sheet, and your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive the package, open it immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. Please allow up to 72 hours for your foam to regain its original shape.

When opening the package, use a pen or a pencil, NOT a box cutter. Start with a small incision and break the seal from there. Please contact us before returning an item, as a 50% restocking fee may apply for all returned items.
