Your Foamma Gel Memory Foam Mattress is built to last 7 to 10 years. It will arrive to you compressed and rolled in a box. Upon receipt, open the package immediately to allow the foam to regain its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as this could cause the foam to lose its shape. When opening the package, use a ballpoint pen or pencil, not a box cutter. Start with a small incision and proceed from there to break the seal.

Please contact us before returning an item, as a 50% restocking fee may apply for all returned goods. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, or show obvious signs of use for reasons unrelated to us will incur a 99% restocking fee.
