The packaging for our foam may arrive vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. It is important to open the package immediately upon receipt to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. When opening the package, use a ball point pen or a pencil, not a box cutter. Start with a small incision and break the seal from there.

Our 1.8 Medium Density foam has a 44 lb. compression rate, making it a medium firm option. If you don't see the size you need, please contact us, and we will be happy to create a custom cut for you. We can custom cut the foam to any size and shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. This versatility makes our foam ideal for a wide range of applications, such as oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery needs.

CertiPUR-US Certification ensures that our foam is made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, as well as without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Additionally, our foam has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, contributing to indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
