Our skilled team can tailor the foam to any size and shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. This flexibility ensures you can find the perfect fit for your specific project, whether it's for an oval or round poker table or any other application.

All of our foam products are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they are made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. Additionally, they are free from phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and have low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, ensuring indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

When it comes to packaging, you may receive your foam package vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. It is important to open the package immediately upon receipt to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully regain its original shape.

When opening the package, we recommend using a ball-point pen or a pencil, rather than a box cutter. Start with a small incision and gently break the seal from there. This method helps to prevent any potential damage to the foam.
