The Polyurethane in Dry Fast Foam is engineered to withstand water damage, and the cellular structure of the material allows air to flow more quickly and efficiently, resulting in cushions that dry quickly. Our foam is proudly made in the USA and is ideal for outdoor use, with an open cell structure that dries quickly and is protected against precipitation and moisture. Dry Fast foam is great for outdoor patio furniture and boat seats, and it will last for 7 to 10 years.

Our Dry Fast foam has a 1.5 Density - 35 lb. compression rate. If you don't see the size you need, simply contact us, and we will gladly create a custom cut for you. We can custom cut your foam to any size and shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more.

All of our foams meet the standards for CertiPUR-US certification, ensuring that they are safe and of high quality. When it comes to packaging, all foam is sold per sheet, and your package may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. It's important to open the package immediately upon receipt to ensure that the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. Please allow up to 72 hours for your foam to retain its original shape. When opening the package, use a pen or a pencil, not a box cutter, and start with a small incision to break the seal.
