All foam is sold per sheet, and your package may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. Once the package is received, open it immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. Please allow up to 72 hours for your foam to retain its original shape. When opening, use a pen or a pencil, NOT a box cutter. Start with a small incision and break the seal from there.

Our foam is proudly made in the USA, and we offer different types, including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. Our foam will last for 7-10 years. The 1.8 High Density foam has a 44 lb. compression rate.

We can custom cut your foam to any size and shape, such as square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. The ideal uses for our foam include oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.

Our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, meaning it is made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, as well as phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. It also has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
